Refund Policy
At Wiremetrics Solutions, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund policies for both our clients and internship candidates. Please read the respective policies below:
📌 1. Refund Policy for Clients (Project-Based Services)
🔹 Advance Payment

We collect 50% of the total project cost as an advance before starting any project.

This amount is fully refundable only if the project has not been started.

If the client decides to cancel the project before any work begins, the advance amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
🔹 Non-Refundable After Project Start

Once the project has been initiated (i.e., planning, design, development, or any task has begun), the advance payment becomes non-refundable.

No refund requests will be accepted after the project has started.
🔹 Final Payment

The remaining 50% of the project cost is to be paid before the final delivery of the project.

Any delay in the final payment may result in delay of the project delivery.
🔹 Free Maintenance Support

We provide 1-year free maintenance support for all services delivered by us.

This includes minor bug fixes, updates, and standard support as agreed at the time of project commencement.
📌 2. Refund Policy for Internship Candidates
🔹 Enrollment Fees

Candidates are required to pay an enrollment fee of ₹1650 to confirm their internship slot.

The fee is refundable only if the candidate requests cancellation before the cohort start date.
🔹 Refund Cut-off Time

We send login credentials one day before the cohort start date.

If the candidate requests a refund before the login credentials are shared, the full enrollment fee will be refunded within 7 business days
❌ No Refund After Credentials Are Shared

Once the login credentials have been sent or the candidate has started the internship, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
